If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after the 3 o’clock EST cutoff time on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day.
All shipments are trackable, insured, and securely packaged.
Starving Jewelers orders are shipped with the reliability and accountability of UPS.
On the day of shipment, we'll email you a shipping confirmation that includes your order-tracking information.
You'll be kept informed of the transportation process at every step.
All products should have a shipping time frame available, if not please contact us, and we will be more than happy to let you know when we can ship your order
If you need your package to be shipped on a specific date, please be sure to include your ship date in your order notes.
Please note: We will contact you within 24 hours of placing your order, and if there will be any delays in shipping to discuss possible options.
You may cancel and request a refund at this time with no penalties.
Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.
If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or contact us at 1-888-459-9992 or by email at email@example.com. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within five days of receipt of your order. Starving Jewelers is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
For orders totaling $1,000 or more, a signature is required. Please provide us with an alternative address if you will not be able to be home to sign for your order.
If you cannot be available or have someone else available to sign for your package, you can have it shipped to a local hold for pick up location so that you can sign for and pick it up at your leisure.
To schedule a hold for pick up, please be sure to include in the notes, the day and location you would like us to schedule a hold pick up for you. If you prefer that we contact, you then please be sure to say contact me to schedule a hold for pick up.
